After four years as Chairman John Kennedy resigned in September 2009. During his tenure as Chairman John re-established SBAAT within the Scottish business community. The Trustees would like to thank him for all his hard work and wish him well for the future.
Chris Tiso of Tiso Group was elected Chairman and Tom Flockhart of Capital Solutions, Vice Chairman. In addition, we are delighted to announce that Robert Graham of Grahams Diaries and Natasha Marshall of Natasha Marshall have joined the Board as Trustees. Gavin Hastings, Malcolm Scott and Sir Moir Lockhead will act as ambassadors for the charity.
As many people will know, SBAAT historically moved around the country alternating variously between Edinburgh, Glasgow and Perthshire. More recently the lunches have been held only in Edinburgh and it is the Board's intention to begin alternating the event again between Edinburgh and Glasgow.
This year's lunch will be held at Prestonfield House Hotel on Friday 14 May.
